Chili con Quorn

Ingredients
- 200 grams Quorn Meat Free Mince
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- ½ cup chopped onions
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano, crumbled
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 pack nachos
Method
- Pre-heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onions and celery until softened, stirring frequently. Add spices and seasoning, then cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
- Stir in tomato sauce. Bring to a boil then add Quorn Mince. Cook for 7 minutes.
- Serve with nachos.
