  • 200 grams Quorn Meat Free Mince
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano, crumbled
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 pack nachos


  1. Pre-heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onions and celery until softened, stirring frequently. Add spices and seasoning, then cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce. Bring to a boil then add Quorn Mince. Cook for 7 minutes.
  3. Serve with nachos.
