Ingredients
- 200 grams Quorn Pieces
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- ½ cup sliced mushroom
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup all-purpose cream
- ¼ cup grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped parsley
Method
- Pre-heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic and onions until softened, stirring frequently.
- Add mushrooms, butter, cream and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted and sauce is slightly thickened.
- Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Add Quorn Pieces and cook for 12 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley
