  • 200 grams Quorn Pieces
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • ½ cup sliced mushroom
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose cream
  • ¼ cup grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley


  1. Pre-heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic and onions until softened, stirring frequently.
  2. Add mushrooms, butter, cream and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted and sauce is slightly thickened.
  3. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Add Quorn Pieces and cook for 12 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley
