Quorn Pieces (300g)
Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging - guide for 1 pack only. For best results PAN cook.

Heat your favorite homemade or jarred sauce and simmer gently for 3 minutes. Stir in Quorn Pieces (100g). Simmer over medium heat for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
(microwave) 7 MIN
Place 100g of Quorn Pieces into a microwaveable container. Add your chosen sauce and mix thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap, pierce and heat on high (800W) for 3 minutes. Stand for 1 minute, Stir well, cover and heat for 3 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
