Quorn Vegan Fishless Fingers (200g)
Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. For best results OVEN cook.
OVEN 15 MIN
Preheat oven and baking tray to 220°C. Cook on the middle shelf.
GRILL 10 MIN
Preheat grill. Grill on a medium heat, turn frequently.

If you have any leftover or extra portions from your Quorn recipes, you can easily freeze them. They’re great if you’re running late and need a quick meal on the go. As long as all the other ingredients are suitable for freezing and reheating, you can store the dish in the freezer for up to one month. Always make sure the ingredients are cold before freezing. It’s a good idea to take them out of the freezer the night before, defrost them fully in the refrigerator, then cook them within 24 hours, making sure they’re piping hot before serving.
Tasty leftovers from your Quorn recipes can easily be used for the next day’s lunch or dinner. There are just a few things you need to remember. Once any leftovers are cooked, cool quickly, cover and keep in the fridge. Use within 48 hours and make sure when reheating that all the food is piping hot before serving. Remember, don’t reheat more than once.
